All message intents have been kept the same, but have been given a richer narrative flavor so that it brings a new sense of immersion to Fallout 3.
The Firelance can get stuck on buildings, like a water tower in the Wasteland. This book includes new information for heroes on both sides of the war, including new talents, feats, prestige classes, and equipment designed to tailor characters to the unique feel of the Clone Wars conflict. If the Firelance event took place near hostile non-player characters, they may utilize the Firelance.
The Firelance can be obtained by a random encounter just like the Alien Blaster.
